Shares outstanding has decreased?


Let me check on Shareville - there is a poster who is very conscientious on updating us on the current OS *insert a minute* nope, no update from him, so it must be wrong lol

Actually, you are right. The OS has decreased with 300k shares. The same number that were issued the other day (newsweb.oslobors.no/message/466442). It could be that Broadridge has messed-up, but my (wild?) guess is that ECAB has been able to force SIAF to cancel the new shares for "professional services" (at least I would have TRIED to cancel any dilution if I were in a dispute and had the power to do so)
