"PJET plans to have its past-due reports required by OTCMarkets updated prior to the issuance of the dividend. The reports are all updated, and the posting of the reports is imminent. PJET expects to have all reports updated and the dividend issued very soon with the target remaining to be complete before year end. Holiday schedules of all the various entities required to complete all of the above is a concern, but PJET management is pushing forward."
