As almost every stock in the market, we are going held down by this rude environment. No positive news plus bad market environment means going down, and down, and down. Until yesterday, RWLK resisted quite well, but bear market continues and is hard to deal with. When you put your money into a penny stock, you have to know all those things you say about RWLK, but applicable to ALL penny stocks. I've seen DCTH go from 0.02 to 0.36+ within very few days, literally on nothing new, and again from 0.07 to 0.24+. So going from 0.18, or 0.15, or even lower, to 0.40+ is a blink of eyes.
