My analysis on the latest NOUV news reports:

#1: The 2018 end-of-year update for Puration Inc stated that KALY also partnered with NOUV, via a Joint Venture (JV). This ties KALY's financial best-interests in with NOUV.

#2: PURA spun-off its cannabis cultivation operation to NOUV. Specifically, PURA sold this business to NOUV for $1.2 million, payable to PURA via common stock (a dividend).

#3: From an economics standpoint, the shares are being distributed to partner, Puration Inc. Partner shareholders will have similar long-term intentions to grow the CBD, and hemp operations. Buying PURA, buying NOUV, and buying KALY are all therefore inter-connected. Thus, buying NOUV right now is equally as safe as buying PURA and KALY, as they are all under the ACI conglomerate 'plenum' of protection. The fact that you can literally buy Puration's CBD beverage products, see their revenues, and view KALY's patent, gives strength that if these bona fide entities are partnering with NOUV, then that makes NOUV growth as real as PURA and KALY's growth - and that growth has been very real in 2018. The overall partnership could create a U.S. Hemp/CBD monopoly. The growth will be even more real in early 2019.

#4: Whether it's 1 NOUV share for every 5 PURA shares or not, the exact same market-cap value is being distributed, hence the phrase "equal dividend allocation". There are 111.98 Million total groups of 5 PURA shares. 400 NOUV shares for every one of these groupings would force NOUV to require 44.79 Billion shares. This is not possible as it would require a quadrupling of NOUV share count, and would not be seen as a valuable dividend. Instead, 40 NOUV shares for every 5 PURA shares would probably be the current case: that's 4.48 Billion NOUV shares given to PURA shareholders. This is more likely. If a 40 to 1 R/S were to occur, then 256.97 Million NOUV shares would exist, and 1 NOUV for every 5 PURA would be possible, thereby providing 111.98 Million NOUV shares to PURA shareholders. The report also indicated that this R/S situation is not likely and not necessary, considering the extra time that it would take, and that the title of the article was that the distribution of the shares would happen "sooner than they planned," meaning that they are likely ruling this out. The current high share counts are essentially "locked up" for a while. Traditional fears of possible further dilution are now out of the question, because any dilution of NOUV would impact PURA.

5: The question you have to ask yourself is, why are all of these bona fide, high growth, hemp and CBD entities partnering with NOUV? It's because NOUV has experience putting together efficient building facilities that are efficient and automated - crucial for profitable CBD extraction from the hemp plant.

All of this can be considered bullish for NOUV shareholders.
