The fed raising interest rates was one thing that caused stocks to tank today. Also there was a lot of "pump and dump" schemes that took place. Everyone bought and pumped up hemp stocks prior to Trump signing the Farm Bill. Then they abruptly sold of after it was signed. Hemp Inc. saw a huge drop. Its called "buy the rumor sell the news."
