Who thinks we will see a significant negative hit to the share price after 12/21 since that is the record date to receive the dividend?

As I have stated before, I have been feeling uneasy about the future of PCHM. In past shareholder letters there was always the mention of PCHM being acquired as a Company top priority. But now in December 2018, no mention of it.

It would be nice to get more than one update a year on what's going on in this company. The dividend is nice, but it may be time to take some off the table.
