Ok, the Farm Bill has been approved but will not take effect until January 1, making CBD totally legal. Won't this tie in to certain big money being able to safely invest in the Hemp/CBD stocks only after January 1 as well?

Sorry if it seems like a dumb question but from what I read, it seems to be the first of the year as a key time to me.
