As the bids for SPOT fail to rise to the occassion, the USA passes a bill that promotes Nuclear Energy. This should get Uranium Investors excited but will it get the Nuclear Plant Operators excited enough to start buying Uranium on the SPOT market or are they going to continue to wait for Cameco to buy it for them?
