When I am moving in a forward direction, I look in the forward direction. Looking behind is a good way to fall in a hole (or off a cliff). Charts predict nothing besides trader behavior, which is only good for traders. Long term investors know charts do not mean shit. Besides charts, other magical ideas I don't believe in: psychics, telepathy, homeopathy, numerology. An idea even dumber than those: taking investment advice from traders.
