MedGen, Inc. (OTC: MDIN) announces today that Johnny Rodrigues (President/CEO) and Dr. Barry Burks (COO/Secretary) have resigned from these positions with MedGen to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Rodrigues would like to thank shareholders for the messages of encouragement over the past year as we were tasked with restructuring the company. Mr. Rodrigues stated, “Due to the difficulties in the ability to restructure debt agreements and the subsequent conversions I believe at this time it is best to pursue other opportunities. I believe wholeheartedly in the potential of the products in which we plan to bring to market and hope to have the chance in the near future to implement a plan for success to do so.” The resigning executives have no open disagreements with the company and have in no way benefited from any compensatory gains via stock or salary in their tenure. The board of directors will be searching diligently for new management in the coming weeks.
