Aeolus didn't go through the court system because that costs money and they had none. They simply threw in the towel. Creditors didn't go through the court system because they knew that would result in LESS net recovery, not more.
Unless Aeolus tries to spin off something to hide the IP from the creditors. THAT would end up in court.
The IP is worth something. The "heads up" I am looking for is news about where the IP ends up. Nothing else interesting here, because no matter what happens, AOLS shares are worthless IMO, but thanks!
