I work in California as a Licensed Pest Control Advisor. The crops that I work with are citrus and avocado. I was shocked when I read the most recent press release and it said that the company was developing a low toxicity pesticide that was intended for the control of Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP). We are actively fighting this invasive pest and the pathogen that it vectors. It has already wiped out a huge amount of the orange trees in Florida. If this pesticide proves to be effective in the control of ACP, it could generate a HUGE amount of $$ for the company. This is another feather in the RSHN cap!
