It's patent infringing PEIX's way of saying Merry Christmas to all the workers and shareholders that stuck by their side.

That's what they get for stealing GERS patented oil extraction technology!

If they can't make money in Nebraska, expect the West Coast plants to be shuttered next.

PEIX is required to disclose all lawsuits against them in their SEC filings. They have failed to do so. PEIX.BK is in direct violation of SEC requirements for failure to disclose this material information to investors. I think I'll file a complaint with the SEC, they need to be investigated.
