If he does sell, in any quantity, he is guaranteed AT LEAST a "pre-determined" price. Perhaps he knows phase 2 clinicals may be slow to start and knows that could cause the share price to drop more. All-in-All, if he were to sell small blocks of 47619 shares daily, he could reduce his share count by 1 million per month.

Yes, he WAS an insider and Dr. Hirsch has changed the direction of the company. He IS still priviledged to have his name on those patents, though with new updates, he will be left "in the dark". AND, I don't know what could happen if OWCP were to "hypothetically" be sold or merge with a larger pharma concern - would Ziv be entitled to compensation because he is still listed on these IP documents. I thought this would have been discussed with this latest and "final" agreement.
