Could it be that ECAB saw from the beginning when they did their DD that this Solomon-guy was totally reckless with the financial stuff and that he didnt hesitate to dilute shareholders at any price? And that they could get tons of shares from him, pump up the share price by lending Solly their name, money, and then dump it all some way. And they knew that some day the shares would be worthless, so that Solly would have to pay his remaining debt to ECAB with his real (if its real now) assets? They just let him stumble on his own incompetence? These guys must be trained to find a weak pray. In the early interviews with FD you could hear that he didnt trust Solly. JMO
