The broker in the article referred to the hotel he owned as a "crack hotel"!

Said he had "not made payments for a year and a half..."

Some things never change.

That is why I think Henry will be on the "sue Ed for non delivery" also stated as "failure to perform" bandwagon before to long. MHO
