Where did you see that? "the SEC is cracking down on these funds and requiring them to do so."

Too bad some of these gimmick funds are so complicated that most investors will never understand them, and their risks. In bull markets investors aren't concerned about risk; in bad markets, it's too late to get to safety.

Seen it many times over decades.
