Correction, Randolph Hudson appears to have gifted over a billion shares of ENTI to 16 persons that were owed cwir shares from Charles Townsend. But Townsend never completed the deal by dispersing the cwir shares. So the question becomes why would Hudson volunteer to clean up the cwir deal between himself and Townsend at his own expense? Hudson no doubt still has some kind of interest in cwir even after supposedly selling all his cwir control shares to Townsend. Anyone know Hudson’s interest here?
