I dont know for sure, just remember somebody posting on a different board that trips can speed up the process of losing qb status.

Look at section 4.1 1b “bid price deficiency.” It says “In the event that the Company’s closing bid price falls below $0.001 at any time for five consecutive trading days, the Company will be immediately removed from OTCQB.”

I still dont think that should apply to PGUS (because the closing price was never in the trips), but that is what i was taking about re: trips speeding up the process. Hope that helps!
