Read back thruogh the PR's - basically it means that 2B shares are getting tagged for distribution to project participants surrounding the Panama Canal expansion.

i.e. Folk in Latin America that are doing business with PYPR can buy restricted shares (can't sell for 1 year) at .04 each!

They are gonna take this back to .04 folks - might as well start looking at Mercedes and BMW's
