good for hemp farm bill but what is OWCP doing for its investors now ? We need institutional investors and this crew is not getting any interest.Posts of blast off, the train is leaving , are useless. INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS is the only way for the investors to get their investment back,and the only way for that to happen is to produce something worth money /future.Too slow ,part time, out of touch with communicating ,and lack of meeting deadlines have hurt= OWCP WAKEUP!.The big run up 2 years ago was the worst thing OWCP was connected to.This time will only move on solid foundation = answer institutional investors and we will all have time to reinvest when that transpires. imo
