Nonsense. BudGenius never collected significant "data".

He recognized the profound importance of accumulating "DATA" in the "Green-Sector" of Cannabis-Hemp ..... and "Bud Genius" apparently has some tangible "assets" in this specific information niche

The only data that might have ever been useful was "user-feedback" on particular strains.

But the BudGenius website NEVER collected that; they never even had users interested in supplying it. I doubt the platform even had a mechanism for collecting such data.

It was all a sham, with "pot porn" pics to entice the gullible, before it became passé.

Angel was a lying liar who lied. Period.

He sold billions of non-registered shares to a gullible public based on false claims, then received a kickback from Moffitt.

Now they're both SEC-banned.

And he lied about Tommy Chong, Genius Biotech, Evergreen Consulting... the list goes on.

There's no company and no hope left here.

Just a lot of people shamelessly scammed, with no hope of ever recouping their "investment."

A lying liar who lies suckered a lot of people and left behind a shell that can't ever be resurrected. At least not to shareholders' benefit.
