1) A canadian exploration company (Canadian Exploration Inc. "CEX") has assembled an experienced senior management team that brings a broad range of past successful experience and proven track record in Mineral Exploration, Finance, Precious Metal Extraction and Public company experience.

2) The Board of Directors at CEX is almost a reflection of what's on the Nevada State Filings. Click here for the Nevada State Filings Officers listing. Possible merger?

3) From CEX's presentation available online if you go to page 13 out of 14 it explains how CEX is looking to list on the TSX-V which is the TSX Venture Exchange. In the slideshow CEX management (Ken Stead) states that they are seeking:

** $0.10 per share for the remaining 2,500,000 of private placement first round, and;

** fund raising and stock warrants at a cost of $0.20 per unit consisting of one common share purchase warrant with an exercise price of $0.35 / share for a period of 24 months

** CEX further stated that "The company is minimizing the risk of its initial investors, as market research projections show, that the stock will be valued at a much higher price at the opening of becoming publicly traded" (Link to Public Stock Offering)
