I've read the article by Rod Adams about HALEU before. I know you posted another article that INL is a likely source of HALEU but as Rod's article mentions Urenco is definitely still in play.

This is a large PDF but if you search for Lightbridge you'll see Urenco is still vying for a piece of the HALEU pie and they mention Lightbridge as a reason for it. This document is pretty recent too. As you said we just need that one damn milestone and the pain is over.
