The last day of fall 2018 is tomorrow which means you will be releasing financials and becoming current. You promised investors that you would tweet out the day before financials drop so I’m guessing you are not keeping your word again since there was no tweet or announcement of a date for financials.

I’m not sure what the benefit is to not being honest with investors but if you are going to continue to make promises with no intention of fulfilling them then you should at the very least offer a formal press release with an apology.

I’m begging to doubt if there is even an actual audit taking place since no one outside the company has confirmed it.

The financials press release will be posted in addition to the bi-weekly press releases. We can confirm that the audit is on schedule and that the filing date is covered by the quiet period.
