Profit isn't in Deep Down's business plan, it never was.

That became abundantly clear with the petting zoo transactions.

I had better things to do than listen to the conference call but I'm betting it was more of the same as all the rest.

He's way past the opportunity deadline to turn the company around and I'm sure that's part of the reason Butler bailed out and cashed out.

The company is running on fumes and they have no chance of getting credit anywhere to cover cash needed to take on any medium or large jobs. Not even a one in a million chance they could sell the business, heck they can't even sell a carousel to save their ass.

The path is clear from here, glideslope to zero and pink slips for the crew.
