Sorry to inform you of what may seem like such terrible news, but like it or not, there WILL BE a $RELI reverse stock split coming according to Scott.

My ears don't need cleaning.

I was not misinformed.

There was no miscommunication.

I was specific in my email question to Scott about understanding about a reverse stock split.

Been trading long enough to know what information I'm looking for, and know what I hear.

Our phone conversation about the reverse stock split was extensive enough to make if VERY clear there WILL BE a reverse stock split coming in 2019.

Good or bad news, IT'S COMING!

Highly unlikely RELI can make it to any big board without a reverse stock split.

If Scott wants to cover his tail end by saying there was miscommunication, that's his deal.

The conversation took place - and what was said was said - and Scott knows it.

Based on my extensive conversation about the reverse stock split with Scott, I know the reverse split discussion took place with someone at RELI, and if Scott was not supposed to offer that information, he has more than likely gotten his tail end chewed.

Scott said it's coming. He was also very confident when he said it was coming, and that it had already been discussed.
