Cobalt Price Anommoly?

Very different LME numbers today from what we are used to seeing.

All three prices (Cash and 3 months and 15 months are identical at
Bid $57,000 and Ask $58,000 per tonne.

All categories have the same spread $1,000.00 which I have never seen before.
