Look at xxl today (Oslo bors). Sent a profit warning and share was down 40%. Market crashed (overreacted?) and during the day 4 insiders filed that they bought shares and showed belief in the company. (No they didn't wait 4 days before they filed, but within the hour!) and stock bottomed out and went up to -30%, and even several funds filed large holdings after close today. A company and fundamentals go through turbulence, but good management make sure they're in the same boat as shareholders. Now, what does Siaf do?
