Wrong, sara, only if get financing

Right now they do not meet minimum share price/volume in order to activate the financing. Did you even read the SEC docs? I don't think so. Price is under $1. Volume is under l00,000 shares/day. Look at the formula in the sec docs. yOu know where it is.
