I bet ECAB has found a buyer for some of the facilities already

If ECAB wants some TRW they could buy the 18% partner share of TRW and pay Siaf its debt by a settlement involving their loans to Siaf. The obstacle is probably the 3,40 a share valuation for that 18% wich ECAB know is BS. I wouldnt expect ECAB to settle with that valuation when they start collecting thier debt from Siaf. To prove that the on-paper-valuation is BS they could perhaps force an auction with Siaf TRW shares. I wonder if its legit if ECAB is the only bidder then =) I dont know how Solly is going to twist himself out of this one without losing some of his TRW holding, he has no cash and the share issuing gun is almost out of amunition. ECAB and Garret is Close to their goal now, getting TRW for a penny, however they might need to act a bit in caution if Solly Thinks of burning down the farms in anger...
