Nope, they didn't miss it. This is WHY they cancelled the cash dividend, and it is just the same idiotic move that Solomon does every time there is bad news; let the PPS go down from speculation, and THEN hit us with the bad news only to have a double-wammy on the PPS... Same thing with the TRW-dividend 1.5 years ago
