That certainly is the billion-dollar question.
The problem with relying too much on Sweeney's court is that the plaintiffs there are only asking for damages. Even if they win their cases, the NWS will stay in place and the companies will remain in conservatorship. Not just that, I'm not sure if Sweeney has granted class status to any of the plaintiffs. Any cases that don't have that would only result in money paid to the plaintiffs, not you and I.
Collins is the case for which we should be rooting hard for a victory. That would actually result in an injunction against the NWS dividends being paid in the future (at the least), and at the most a complete extinguishing of the senior prefs.
