That’s a great point. We all know this delay and freeze were from clandestine forces that were SUPPOSED to be regulated by the SEC. When I flew to Fort Myers testify for the SEC in a case in recent years it was very clear that the regulating agency could not keep up with the influx of claims and crimes due to the advent of social media and the “Elon Musk Tesla Buyout Rumor Phenomina”. The SEC had as much control or regulation of the pink-sheets as a Lance Corporal in Iraq had control over 1,000 Republican Guard troops coordinating IED attacks. That was all under Obama and now that Trump is in office it seems the SEC is back to fighting crime and fraud, not selectively allowing their political friends to succeed and foes to fail.
