I am a little lost. Hindes provided a factual, and now documented, account of, amongst much else, what transpired in the takeover of FnF in various accounting manoevres. This provides the background to why the NWS had to be instituted because huge profits would be realized by FnF. The government knew about this and instituted the NWS so these profits were not returned to the companies, but instead went to the Treasury. This was needed to keep FnF from being viable companies since the goverment’s hidden intent was to extinguish these companies. Documents show the government hence lied about why the NWS was needed and the motivations of Treasury in implementing the NWS. Treasury was also self-dealing and much else...
