Another thing about their lumber even if you personally select it you have to use it right away in the framing before it begins twisting and cupping and everything else wet wood does. If you don't it's hell to pay installing drywall.

But, on the bright side you can pound a 3d nail in one blow with you 22-ounce framing hammer!
