IMO --- it will NOT!!, Be That Easy just to shut down the MTVX shares from trading and then just say the HELL with all of us MTVX shareholders that invested our hard earn money here, and let the CEO and a few of his good friends just take down this company to Private ownership and then they get to keep all the Products, sales, & Revenues once these shares are not trad-able on the NASDAQ OTC etc.

BUT!!, From what I have read even if any company does file this Form 15 to terminate national securities exchange or inter-dealer quotation system and subsequently de-registering the shares under the Exchange Act, thus suspending or terminating the company’s public reporting obligations under the Exchange Act. MTVX can still stay in business and sell & buy there shares but only on the PINK Sheets ONLY.!!!

Oh well lets see what if anything comes of all this once and for all time. I hope Good solid & positive results starting in 2019 for us still holding MTVX shares. Still Possible, IMO If not?? Live and learn and from now on, & going forward, NEVER again ever trust any CEO ever again the rest of our lives. IMO
