RARS has been hijacked by David Lazar and he now has non disclosing promoters trying to garner some buying pressure.

RARS had not filed since 2013 before letting a Form 15 rip following the hijacking.

Edit: Apologies, I missed that RARS is already noted in the long line of Lazar specials.
