The problem is that PHOT is staring down a reverse split. If it happens at .01 and is, let's say, 150:1 and the value goes to $1.50/share. Big whoop! That isn't bringing an up-listing. Stocks on the big markets don't move with the volatility of OTC. Even though the math is the same, I can wrap my brain around seeing this run from $.01 to .05 a hell of a lot easier than running from $1.50 to $7.50 after the R/S. The only semi-logical-ish move is 1000000% undoubtedly to get the value (if possible) up to $.05 THEN reverse it to $5-7.50 with an instant move up to a major market like greased lightning. If a R/S happens with this stock anywhere under $.02 I have to think that whomever is making these decisions has lost their sanity. If possible at all, it would take years to get this from $1-$1.50 up to $5 to get even considered for a major market with the debt this company holds. Potential lenders will dry up (if they haven't already). The only way to up-list would be a second R/S not far down the road... insanity. This company needs to sell, sell, sell their products to major growers and embellish the hell out of their sales success to these growers. Time to stop borrowing and start doing. That would get the value to $.05 in no time.
