Ok, but what’s the point? The post you’re responding to details the SEC charges of fraud filed against INOH and their CEO - the water scam and numerous other scams are covered in that litigation as well. The CEO also received approximately $250,000 in return from one or more stock promoters for his role in issuing false & misleading press releases.

It’s pretty much as low as it can go, just another no bid, dime a dozen, P&D pink sheet scam.
