You're link leads to an application page. Anyone can file one. The directions for doing so are right there on the page. A domain name is also not proof of a business.

You're suggesting Steve bought a company with no legal right to grow or sell weed that is not incorporated, licensed or even doing any busniness. For 100k. What an astute businessman.
