Nobody wants the control of this scam. They just want their money. And Merkur market wants to get rid of this scam. Fine is unpaid for sure. This is a no business, no assets, no money scam company.
This is completely delusional to think there is some kind of plot against them. Just sell 10% of the crazy assets portfolio if it's real and be free of all troubles. But assets aren't real. Just direct the EPS to lenders and shareholders and fix everything. But there's no EPS. It's a scam. The most obvious on this planet at the moment.
