I wasn't speaking to anyone directly. If you want the product that bad call your credit card company. Nothing else I can say so I'll give up on that. I agree with you and everyone else which is why I brought up the issue when I tried to order. No one should be having the problem but USA banks are declining on fraud protection grounds because the charge is coming from the UK and possibly because the word "Hemp" is in the chargers billing name. I also agree the company should be making a better effort to get back to consumers.
Here's another thing no one is really contemplating. Does anyone know if people from the UK or EU are having this issue or is it USA related as I stated the charges are going through a bank in the UK. So if Hempology switched to a USA bank would people over their have a similar issue?
Does anyone know if most of the sales are emanating from overseas as compared to USA sales? Could be another consideration as to why the slow responses.
Hempology eg: Leafcuticals really is not based in the USA (Legally) but in Ireland and pretty sure they have a bigger online sales base overseas for now.
