NEWS 11-6-2006 ...Cyber Defense and National Security Associates Announce New Research and Launch Facility in Chattahoochee County at the Site of the New National Security Centre

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/06/06 -- Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: CYDF), a designer and developer of next generation UAVs, announces a new research and launch facility for their Airships and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and its training partnership to be jointly developed with National Security Associates (NSA).

Cyber Defense and National Security Associates executives and Members of the Chattahoochee County Government and Chamber will be available at 10:30am for a press conference and one-on-one interviews immediately following.

Cyber Defense and NSA have formed a partnership that will enable law enforcement agencies, military units and public safety organizations to conduct training with Cyber Defense's Cyber Bug and Techsphere Airships. As a part of the agreement, NSA will offer the Cyber Defense Cyber Bugs to government agencies for purchase and on-site training at its facility in Chattahoochee County adjacent to Fort Benning, Georgia.

In conjunction with this announcement, National Security Associates trainers and operators will be assisting Cyber Defense engineers in upgrades that will enhance the UAV's usefulness in a variety of public safety and military operations.

This partnership will establish about 15 additional jobs in Chattahoochee County as well as an additional volume of Government personnel being trained at the new National Security Centre.

NSA will be operating a 692-acre training center for law enforcement and military personnel that borders Fort Benning. NSA provides military, law enforcement and other public safety groups with training and equipment to conduct a variety of training exercises, including tactical exercises as well as crime scene investigation, explosive testing, first responder and breaching exercises.
