Siaf and TRW are the same scam. Same Solly, same BOD, same inability to pay out cash. It's Solomon's part2 for this scam because Siaf was losing all credibility. Both are junk currency Solly uses to keep the scam and share selling alive.
Siaf already owns 36,6% of TRW. About 1/4 of Siaf value should be attributed to that "asset".
So Siaf $9 million value divided with 4 = TRW x 0,366.
= 2,25 million.
2,25/0,366 = TRW total value.
TRW total value = $6,15 million.
That's curret market value and it's going down.
So basically we can say TRW is a busted scam as well.
If i remember correctly TRW has some 100 million shares so shareprice is:
$0,06.
So this will never ever be listed in HK, basically it's an unlisted unsellable share having a nominal value of $0,06, woohoo!
