I'm sorry, but it seems you're misinformed and lack a basic understanding of that which you're attempting to address.

You cannot smoke hemp. It has nothing to do with opening the door for Federal approval of cannabis.



High CBD flower, derived from hemp, is indeed readily sold and available.

You clearly seem to be unaware of that fact.

Furtherance of any and all CBD regulation and distribution does in fact have a direct bearing on THC and cannabis acceptance, politics, and public perception.

It's too personal to be business.
