if another therapy can provide efficacy at a lower cost (HOT)

We have no idea of efficacy so far, so unless they can already conclude that NEO won't be much better than HOT, then sure.
What's the point for NEO at all then? Cancel it and go with HOT and Amgen realized they bet wrong...
