What is your source for that belief? I see nothing in the contract itself that states that ADXS can discuss nothing about NEO or Amgen whatsoever as long as the agreement is in effect. It is very doubtful that ADXS can be prevented from discussing what its strategy may be going forward without Amgen. An NDA is typically very specific about what can be and cannot be disclosed. I would not assume that this covers every conceivable topic. If you believe they have to wait until February 8 to make any statement at all I will have a gentlemen’s bet with you.
