Or.... It could mean that the note holders have no faith because of the potential de-list and settled for less than note value in order to get out while the getting was good. And those shares are what people are scooping up today. Could be that also. Too soon for a NASDAQ deal have till end of day. De-list ltr will be received tomorrow or so. Then HMNY has 4 days to report it.
