Because of Obamacare, there is more people uninsured than there has ever been. There is also less people going to the Dr because of that. Once it ends things will get back to the way it was. HMO's are at an all time high in the market (basically all there is now) and it is those plans that will help usher in HS just like they ushered in teledoc services. Early detection can be treated non-medically such as simple lifestyle changes.
That will have the HMO's insisting that Dr offices make the HS a standard requirement in all initial & annual visits.
That will be the key to HS ultimate success IMO.
